This document supplements the Privacy Policy of Aura Holistic Health Organization LTD and applies only to visitors, users and other persons residing in the United States of America (“consumers” or “you”). We adopt this document to comply with various US consumer protection laws that may exist in individual states.
In addition to the rights set forth in our Privacy Policy, residents of certain US states have additional rights. Below is a description of additional rights that may apply depending on where you live.
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), which are detailed in our Privacy Statement for California Residents.
Nevada residents have the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information. If you are a resident of Nevada and wish to exercise this right, please email us at info@auraholistichealth.org with the subject line “Nevada Privacy Rights.”
Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), Virginia residents have the following rights:
– Right to Confirmation: You have the right to confirm whether your personal data is being processed.
– Right of Access: You have the right to receive a copy of your personal data.
– Right to Correction: You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate personal data.
– Right to Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data.
– Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive a copy of your personal data in a convenient format.
Under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), Colorado residents have the following rights:
– Right of Access: You have the right to know what personal data we collect and how it is used.
– Right to Correction: You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate data.
– Right to Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data.
– Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive a copy of your personal data in a convenient format.
To exercise the rights described above, please email us at info@auraholistichealth.org. In the request, indicate which right you wish to exercise and which state you live in.
We aim to respond to a request within 28 days of receiving it. If we need more time (up to 90 days), we will notify you in writing of the reason and the extension.
We need to verify your identity in order to respond to your inquiries. We will do this by asking for enough information to verify your identity, taking into account the type of request and the nature of the information requested.
