This document supplements the Privacy Policy of Aura Holistic Health Organization LTD and applies only to visitors, users and other individuals residing in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”). We adopt this document to comply with the California Consumer Protection Act of 2018 (CCPA) and any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning as in that law.
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, specifies or can be linked, directly or indirectly, to a specific consumer or device (“personal information”). In particular, we have collected the following categories of personal information over the past twelve (12) months:
– Identifiers (eg real name, alias, postal address, unique identifier, online identifier, IP address, email address, phone number).
– Commercial information (eg records of products or services purchased, received or reviewed).
– Internet or other similar network activity (eg, browsing history, search history, information about a consumer’s interaction with a website, application, or advertisement).
– Geolocation data (such as physical location or movement).
– Professional or work-related information.
The CCPA gives consumers (California residents) specific rights regarding their personal information. You have the right to:
– Right to Know: Ask what specific pieces of personal information are collected about you and how it is used, disclosed and sold.
– Right to Erasure: Request the erasure of any of your personal information that we have collected, subject to certain exceptions.
– Right to Opt Out of Sale: Opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information of consumers.
– Right to Non-Discrimination: You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights under the CCPA.

We aim to respond to a request within 28 days of receiving it. If we need more time (up to 90 days), we will notify you in writing of the reason and the extension.
We need to verify your identity in order to respond to your inquiries. We will do this by asking for enough information to verify your identity, taking into account the type of request and the nature of the information requested.
